How to use your FreshGuard mat

Spread your food across the large surface, secure the mesh cover, and wash the mat after each drying cycle.

Lay papad, vadagam, spices, fruits, or herbs across the large drying surface, leaving space between pieces for air to reach them.

Close the protective mesh cover over the mat to help keep dust and insects away while your food dries.

Wash and clean the mat easily after use, then bring it out again for the next drying cycle.
